Easy to book and they did great job getting rid of a couple of nests that were made under solar panels. Very well priced, they googled the roof so they could give us a price straight away and put mesh up to stop anymore pesky critters.
Friendly, accommodating service and an excellent job covering our solar panels in mesh to stop pigeons roosting underneath. It was amazing waking up without the sound of scratching feet on the roof!

Again this year I booked my termite inspection with Tom's Pest Control. Tom inspected all the Sentricon bait stations outside plus a complete inspection inside. Good communication, prompt response, and clear billing practices. Unfortunately, however, the person who came to remove the dead animal could not locate it. So, end up paying for the visit and de-odour bag. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

Quick response, quick turnaround of staff to check the property, quick billing and Good communications. However, if the person cannot find the dead animal to remove, I wonder, why people like us has to utilise the services, as not doing so would have saved some money.
